Dr Naushad Husain completed his MBBS from KGMU Lucknow in 2004 and MD Pathology from SGPGIMS Lucknow, in 2011.
Teaching Experience: After completion of his MD Degree, He joined Senior Residency in Department of Hematology (Lab) for 3 years. As medical science is amalgamation of Both Clinical and Laboratory sciences so This senior residency gave better opportunity to learn the Medical science. After completion of Senior residency, He joined Government Medical College Saharanpur as Assistant professor for 3 years than joined GIMS Greater Noida as Assistant Professor for 3 years. He joined ASMC Firozabad as Associate Professor in March 2020. He has total teaching experience of 15 years. He has actively participated in various academic activities.
Conferences and publications: He has attended more than 20 National conferences and presented Oral paper and Poster. He has 15 National and International publications in NMC approved Publications. He has also conducted conferences in SGPGIMS and ASMC Firozabad.

Departmental Faculties are proactive in various Research activities and published their original research articles in NMC recognised journals
1. Variable presentation of Head and Neck swellings and their cytological evaluation in tertiary Heath care Centre
2. Future Aspects of newer techniques in various diagnostics and hospital management in tertiary health care centre
3. Study of oral premalignant and malignant lesions in a tertiary care teaching centre of north india
4. Correlation of Hematological parameters in Covid positive patients with the severity of their illness at a teaching hospital in India
5. Spectrum of thrombocytopenia in febrile ill children along with its clinical manifestations in a tertiary health care centre- a descriptive study.
6. On going Research Projects: Current research projects focusing on areas such as Cancer Cervix, oral premalignant lesions and hametological malignences nutricinal disorders prevention, substance use disorders and diabetes management.
3. Community Outreach and Social Initiatives
Health Camps: Organization of regular health camps in rural and underserved areas, providing free medical check-ups.
Public Health Awareness Programs: Conducting public health awareness programs on various topics like cervical cancer and importance of PAP Smears, Oral cancer, Breast cancer, importance of their early detection and prevention
Collaborations with NGO: and IMA Firozabad Partnerships with local NGOs and Health organizations to promote community health and preventive care.
4. Continuing Medical Education (CME)
CME Programs:
Regular CME programs and workshops for practicing Pathologists and Clinicians , focusing on the latest developments in area of Pathology and its Sub Specialities. Department has been successfully conducted CME on-
1- Multiparametric Flow Cytometry in Hematological Disorders conducted on 26th March 2022 Under the Aegis of UP Chapter IAPM
2- Rational Use of Blood and Emerging Trends in Transfusion Medicine conducted on 25th Feb 2023
3- Bone Marrow Updates in Haematology Practices and Hand-On Workshop Under the Aegis of UP Chapter IAPM
4- Rational Use of Blood and Blood Products, Application of Recent Techniques in Blood Bank , Conducted on 22nd March 2024.
All the above CMEs are awarded 3 credit points by Uttar Pradesh Medical Council
5. Faculty & Student Activities: Case Discussions and CPCs: Regular case discussions and Clinicopathologic Conferences
